Hi! I’m Mandy,
I’m the NTM, Personal Trainer, and Yoga Instructor behind Lunar Wellness and Nutrition.
After 7 years of working in the fitness industry, I came to find that there’s just too much restriction and negative rhetoric around food and fitness. Fitness should be FUN and food should be nourishment that you enjoy! I began this practice to help busy people like you cut through the noise and achieve an actionable approach to feeling your best.
I believe in finding balance with movement, nutrition, mindfulness, and self-love. My philosophy is that anything food and exercise related shouldn’t have to be restrictive, time consuming, or unenjoyable. Just because one way of eating and exercising works for one person, doesn’t mean that same way is the right one for you. I believe in take a whole-person approach with each of my clients to help them achieve their wellness goals.
In 2022, I became Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition® - a credential which demonstrates that I have achieved the highest level of professional recognition in the holistic nutrition industry. This recognition allows me to serve you with the best, most current research and advanced nutritional science to help you reach your goals.
In my spare time I love hiking in the Colorado mountains with my husky, taking fitness classes, rock climbing, playing guitar and discovering new music, and spending time with friends!

About Lunar Wellness & Nutrition
I created Lunar Wellness and Nutrition because I believe that just like the moon, we have many phases that we go through. We go through phases of figuring out how our bodies like to move, phases of what we eat and what foods makes us feel the best, and phases of self-growth, self-discovery, and self-care. All combining to lead us on the journey to discover how our bodies function best, how to take care of our minds and hearts, and getting in tune with our most authentic selves.
The mission behind Lunar Wellness and Nutrition is to share my love for holistic nutrition and wellness by making whole body wellness accessible to all individuals in any phase of their wellness journey—even that phase when they feel like they are just too busy to fit in self care.
