My personal training approach is all about meeting you where you are—physically, mentally, and emotionally—while helping you become your strongest, most confident self. Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time, getting back into a routine, or training for your next outdoor adventure, I’ll guide and challenge you in a way that feels supportive, personalized, and empowering.

I specialize in functional strength training, confidence-building in the gym, and performance prep for outdoor activities like hiking, climbing, and backcountry trips. More than just reps and sets, we’ll focus on goal-setting, habit-building, and learning the why behind every movement—so you gain confidence both inside and outside the gym.

I’m your coach, but also your teammate—think of me as the friend who pushes you to be your best while cheering you on every step of the way.

Where & How We Train

You don’t need to be “fit” to get started. You just need a willingness to begin. Every session is designed to be accessible, supportive, and tailored to you.

Location: In-person sessions are offered in South Denver and Centennial, Colorado

Session Type: One-on-one, personalized strength and functional coaching

Pair It With: Virtual holistic wellness coaching or nutrition support for a full-body approach

What a Personal Training Session Looks Like

Each in-person session is 60 minutes and fully customized to your body, your goals, and your energy for the day. We’ll always start with a dynamic warm-up and activation to prep your body and reduce injury risk, then move into strength training using a mix of:

  • Dumbbells

  • Kettlebells

  • Barbells

  • Cable machines

  • Bodyweight exercises

Sessions are hands-on, collaborative, and full of positive energy (plus some good conversation along the way). Expect to feel challenged, supported, and proud of what your body can do.
