I’m Mandy Towns—a functional nutrition coach, dedicated to helping you rediscover balance, energy, and confidence through personalized, root-cause wellness. If you’re feeling stuck in cycles of digestive issues, sugar cravings, or low energy, I’m here to guide you toward real change.
You don’t have to push through the overwhelm alone. As a Nutrition Therapist Master, Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition®, and Restorative Wellness Practitioner, I combine science-backed tools with deep compassion to support your whole body—inside and out.
I work with clients virtually across Colorado and beyond, so wherever you’re located, we can build a wellness plan that fits your life. And if you’re local to South Denver, I also offer in-person personal training and yoga instruction to complement your nutrition journey and help you feel strong in your body.
