Energizing Green Smoothie with Spirulina and Collagen

Ingredients:

  • Large handful of fresh spinach

  • 1 tsp spirulina powder

  • ½ frozen banana

  • Handful of blueberries or cherries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 scoop vanilla collagen protein (I love Bulletproof)

  • Almond milk (about ¾ cup, or adjust to reach your desired consistency)


Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
