If you have been feeling out of balance and unsure of how to focus on your health and self-care, this is the perfect first step! I will help you create a plan to focus on your overall wellness that is not only realistic, but also enjoyable. I will meet you wherever you are currently at in your wellness journey, and help you create sustainable habits and changes.

Throughout these 6 weeks, we will work together to create a sustainable routine rooted in three elements of wellness: holistic nutrition, movement, and mindfulness. You will learn how to incorporate these three elements of wellness into your busy schedule, and learn to use them as tools to create balance for when life feels overly busy and out of balance. Prioritizing your wellness and self-care will not only help you feel and function better, it can also help you manage your stress better.

Elements of Focus:

While no two wellness journeys look exactly alike, I approach helping you meet your health and wellness goals based on these three elements of wellness to help you create your own unique wellness flow.

  • Let’s figure out the foods that help YOU thrive! We will use a food journal and diet analysis to take a deep dive into your current eating habits, and start to create new habits and make food swaps. We may also touch on your relationship with food. I know that just the thought of developing a new routine around food can seem like too much time and energy to commit to, which is why I am there every step of the way to provide nutrition guidance, support, and healthy swaps for on-the-go meals and snacks.

  • Not everyone is looking for a high-strain, high-intensity workout and the best exercise regimen is the one you can stick to. It’s the simple act of moving your body and finding your fitness groove that’s important for your health. We’ll work together to create a plan that fits your schedule and is founded on activities that resonate with you- whether that’s attending weekly fitness classes, joining a hiking group, or we work together to create circuit workouts based on equipment you have at home. We will create a movement routine that fits into your schedule and is enjoyable!

  • Simple steps to gain more presence in your daily life. If meditation’s for you, great! If not, there’s more to mindfulness than meditating! Don’t let the idea of trying to find the time or a quiet space to meditate for 20 minutes a day scare you off. I’ll help you find the mindfulness practices that suit you and can be incorporated seamlessly into your typical day.

  • One, 1 hour session

  • Five, 45 min sessions

  • Deep dive into your wellness goals and intentions

  • Analysis of factors influencing your wellness- dietary habits, how certain foods make you feel, exercise, stress levels, and potential environmental toxin exposure.

  • Meal planning guidance, recipes, and resources

  • Development of a sustainable exercise routine

  • Learn how to incorporate meditation or other mindfulness practices into your routine

  • Weekly check-ins and support

These 6 sessions will guide you to:

  • Feel more energetic- get rid of foods that drain you and focus on foods that energize you

  • Feel more grounded- from eating for blood sugar balance and incorporating mindfulness practices

  • Feel empowered to plan your weekly meals and find healthy options while traveling and on-the-go

  • Learn how to identify and avoid harmful ingredients- in your food and in your personal care and household products

  • Develop an exercise routine that fits into your schedule and that you look forward to

  • Learn how to become more mindful

  • Feel grounded in your unique wellness flow

Sustainable change doesn’t happen overnight.

That’s why we work together for 6 sessions to delve into your goals, look at the many factors impacting your wellness, and ignite change. These 6 sessions are a great way to dive right in to prioritize your wellness and create new habits. If your health and wellness goals are more complex, we can discuss adding in lab tests and taking a root cause approach to more stubborn symptoms.

All I ask is that you make this commitment to yourself for yourself, and come into each session with an open mind.
